FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff's Indigenous Commission will present an "Indigenous Code Talkers Celebration" from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11 at the Market of Dreams, 2136 N. Fourth St., Flagstaff.
