COCONINO COUNTY — The Coconino County Board of Supervisors on Feb. 4 officially recognized Black History Month in the County with an official proclamation.
It reads, in part, “Coconino County acknowledges the history, struggles, and achievements of the past, present, and future generations of our Black and African Diaspora, brining us to a time of reckoning, redemption, and hope for all people …”
